Our story

We came to Canada as international students and met each other in Toronto. Canada emphasizes equity and respect, and we love the atmosphere here 🏳️‍🌈.

On a silent winter day, we took pictures of each other at home. It’s actually the first time we shoot ourselves with our own home accessories. We often walk along our way on Queen Street West, and our choices of colorful/minimal home accessories are so limited. That’s where we came up with the idea to bring more home accessories to Canada that emphasize colors and minimal style, plus functional. The name “Do Day” also came from that day.

We care about animals 🐈🐕, and resist leather. Sustainability is part of our mission to reserve this lovely planet for generations, so we donate part of our sales to fund the Jarí Para Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon Rainforest. 🌳
